Cherry Oatmeal


  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup plain greek yogurt
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 1¾ cups cashew milk or any milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla extract
  • 3 cups quick oats
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cherries pitted and chopped
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chopped


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Whisk eggs together then and add in maple syrup, yogurt, milk, & vanilla extract.
Once combined, pour in oats, baking powder & sea salt and mix well. Add in fresh pitted & chopped cherries. Reserve some for optional topping. Then add in the chopped dark chocolate.Pour into a greased baking pan and bake for about 35 minutes or until centre is set.
