- 2 eggs
- ½ cup plain greek yogurt
- ½ cup maple syrup
- 1¾ cups cashew milk or any milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla extract
- 3 cups quick oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 1 cup fresh or frozen cherries pitted and chopped
- ½ cup dark chocolate chopped
InstructionsPreheat oven to 350 degrees. Whisk eggs together then and add in maple syrup, yogurt, milk, & vanilla extract.
Once combined, pour in oats, baking powder & sea salt and mix well. Add in fresh pitted & chopped cherries. Reserve some for optional topping. Then add in the chopped dark chocolate.Pour into a greased baking pan and bake for about 35 minutes or until centre is set.
